What is Drain Pipe Lining?
Drain pipe lining — We can remove up to 1.25" pipes with minimal ground disturbance using a vibratory plow on a Toro Dingo 322. — is a trenchless method of repairing damaged, cracked, or deteriorating underground pipes without the need for costly excavation. A flexible resin-coated liner is inserted into the existing pipe and cured in place, creating a smooth, durable new pipe within the old one.
How Does It Work?
Our team begins with a camera inspection of the affected drain to assess the damage. A resin-saturated liner is then pulled or inverted into the pipe and inflated against the pipe walls. Once cured — using hot water, steam, or UV light — the hardened liner forms a seamless, joint-free pipe that restores full flow capacity and prevents further leaks or root intrusion.
When Do You Need Drain Pipe Lining?
Drain pipe lining is ideal for pipes suffering from cracks, fractures, corrosion, root infiltration, or joint displacement. If you're experiencing recurring blockages, slow drainage, or foul odours in your Windsor, Essex, Lakeshore, Amherstburg, Kingsville, or Tecumseh property, drain pipe lining may be the cost-effective solution you need.
